Redevelopment of existing spaces into a new Winners store in St-Georges. Complete redevelopment of the former Sears location into new stores and corridors at Les Rivières shopping center in Trois-Rivières
The development of the Winners store in St-Georges included administrative offices, as well as the design of a new storefront with a separate entrance.
At the Les Rivières shopping center, the development of the new stores was accompanied by a complete renovation of the ventilation and electricity systems.
The 16,500-square-foot Winners store occupies part of the former Sears shopping center and will be the chain's first banner in the Beauce region.
Urban Planet, Écofitness, Archambault and Hart have moved into the new 160,000 sq. ft., two-storey Les Rivières shopping center.
