Construction of three different buildings quickly and in difficult weather conditions.
For this turnkey project, the design of the plans and the short deadline meant that we had to work in Fast-Track mode..
The foundation and structural work was carried out in parallel with finalizing the architectural and mechanical plans. Particular attention was paid to risk management in this context.
Winter in Mont-Joli was also a challenge; due to its geographical position on a plateau and on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, where the latter is very wide, strong winds and low temperatures were a challenge for the continuation of the work.
